Vicki Lynn Arquitt

Coleman Funeral Home of Southaven Vicki Arquitt (Vick-a-Lynn), passed away into the arms of Jesus on April 22, 2023. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother and lived a life full of God’s goodness, grace and mercy. A visitation will be held Saturday, April 29, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Coleman Funeral Home of Southaven (626 Star Landing Road East, Southaven, MS, 38672). A memorial service will immediately follow at 12:00 p.m., also at Coleman Funeral Home of Southaven. Pastor Chris Nowell will be officiating. Coleman Funeral Home of Southaven is in charge of arrangements. Vicki (Momma and Meme), left a legacy of love, empathy and compassion to all who knew her. Her kindness, selflessness and generosity to those in need was undeniable. She has always been our champion, cheerleader and biggest supporter! To know our Mom was to know what it is to be loved unconditionally! She was a humble vessel, full of laughter, encouragement and a little side ornery. She could brighten anyone’s day with her charm and sense of humor. She exemplified excellence in all that she did. Vicki was a servant at heart and enjoyed working and serving others no matter the circumstances. She enjoyed all her career experiences from her medical assistant and dental assistant backgrounds to her entrepreneurial path, owning and operating a successful cleaning company for over 20 years. Vicki loved the outdoors and enjoyed time at the lake, fishing, cooking and spending time with her family! She loved a good game of Wheel of Fortune and very rarely did anyone win against her!!!! Vicki treasured the time playing word games with her family such as Scrabble, Upwards & Boggle; all while enjoying her favorite snack-buttered popcorn, served with an ice cold coca cola! She had strength and endurance like no other. She fought the good fight, finished the race and kept the faith. Now there is in store for her the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the Righteous Judge, will award on that day. This will not be only for our Mom, but for all who are waiting and longing for His appearing. Vicki Arquitt is survived by her husband, Donald Arquitt of Horn Lake, MS; her daughters, Corisma (Tracy) Jenkins of Ashland, MS, and Amber Lynn Holley (Michael) of Southaven, MS; her grandchildren, Jehna Nichole Dennie, Jaden Cole Dennie, Hannah Marie Holley, and Ava Michelle Holley, all of Southaven; her great-grandchildren, Jayce Blanche and Julian Blanche, both of Southaven, and Braylee Marie Berry of Coldwater, MS; her sisters, Terri Clark of Lafayette, IN and Jo Morton of McMinnville, TN; and her brothers, Bill Cole of McMinnville and Steve Cole of Horn Lake. Vicki Arquitt was preceded in death by her father, Andy T. Cole; her mother, Virginia Marie Cole; her sister, Eva Lou Cole, and her grandson, Alexander Blake Berry.
