Roberta Louise Renfro

Coleman Funeral Home of Oxford Roberta Louise Renfro, 65, passed away on April 7, 2026, in Oxford, Mississippi. Born and raised in the state of Missouri, Roberta was the daughter of the late Robert and Mildred (Lane) Renfro. Those who knew Roberta will best remember her for her sharp, quick-witted humor—a trait she proudly passed down to both of her children. She was a woman of vibrant presence; you usually heard her before you saw her, and her laughter was a hallmark of any gathering. Though she spent much of her life in Missouri, she found a special kind of peace in the pine trees of Oxford. In this final chapter of her life, she was truly happy—loving her home, tending to her plants, and looking forward to new travels with her sweetheart and soulmate, Mike Livingston. Roberta’s love for her family was unmistakable, and she expressed her love in her own unique ways. She never missed a birthday card, always full of birthday money, and her children and grandchildren will cherish those memories always & be missing those cards in the coming years. Her legacy lives on through her daughter, Jamie St. Pierre and husband Will of Jonesboro, AR; her son, Jarod Gregory and wife Hollyn of Loveland, OH; and Kirstie Durall of Dexter, MO, who was like a second daughter to her. She was a proud grandmother to Toby and Logan St. Pierre; Denver, Griffin, and Adler Gregory; and Kirstie’s four children, who were her "bonus" grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother, Leo Duane Renfro of Dexter, MO; her nephews and nieces, Bradley Shaver and family (Sandusky, OH), Ashley Shaver and family (Waco, TX), Sally Kinder (Dexter, MO), Destiny Kanahele and Erin Renfro (Hawaii); and her partner, Mike Livingston. Roberta was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Diane Aguilar; her brother, Bruce Renfro; and her nephew, Zachary Renfro. A private celebration of life is currently being planned for her hometown of Dexter, Missouri. Details will be shared with friends and family soon as we prepare to honor her in the place where her story began. In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations be made in Roberta’s memory to the American Humane Society, honoring her love for all her grand-dogs.
