Coleman Funeral Home of Olive Branch Ginger Renee Brown, 53, passed away Tuesday, June 13, 2023 in Germantown, Tennessee. Friends are invited to a visitation Friday, June 16, 2023 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. The service celebrating her life will immediately follow at 2:00 p.m., all services will take place at Coleman Funeral Home of Olive Branch. Interment will be held at Autumn Woods Memorial Park of Olive Branch. Bro. Oscar Geeslin will officiate. Ginger was born July 9, 1969 in Memphis, Tennessee, and currently was a resident of Byhalia, Mississippi. She worked in the Body Shop Industry for 20 plus years in the Memphis area. She attended Meadow Brook Baptist Church. Ginger was very family oriented and enjoyed the days spent where they could all be together. She loved her children immensely, but cherished her three grandbabies with everything she had. She was a friend’s friend, and had a big heart for all those around her. Ginger leaves her family with the legacy of maintaining a kind heart to carry them through the days they endure in her absence. Ginger’s family wants to leave her friends with a prayer that has held them through this difficult time. “Lord, you know how hard it is to live and love in this world sometimes, because you have been here also. Thank you for your compassion toward us and your promise to bring us through whatever we may face. Through you we may have strength, grace, and victory. I pray you empower those left behind to keep fighting today.” Ginger leaves behind her beloved husband of 34 years, Ronald E. Brown; children, Andrew Brown (Nicole) and Samantha Brown (Tylor); grandchildren, Drake Boxley, Bentley Holland, and Hendrix Brown; mother, Judy Jones; and her sister, Kimberly Elkins (Kirtis). She is preceded in death by her father, Billy Jones. In lieu of traditional flowers, memorials can be made to the ASPCA (www.aspca.org) or Tunica Humane Society at the address, 4500 Fox Island Rd, Tunica, MS 38676. There will be a reception concluding all services at Mrs. Judy Jones' house for friends and extended family to gather in fellowship to honor her memory.
